how to get conveyance and title of land by the builder?

Sir,
Our Society is in PCMC, There are 24 Flats and 6 shops. The commencement certificate is dated 11.7.2003, Society registered on 24.11.2010 Completion Certificate dated 24.12.2012. Conveyance of title of land and building is still with builder. Builder is avoiding conveyance, all original documents with builder, how do we get the conveyance done…

    Not a simple answer. This is not very complex but will require to understand your society's case before giving recommendation.

    dear sir
    i need advice on my ground floor flat which i want to convert in commercial , in my bld glound + first floor are commercial in spite of my flat and rest 2 floor which have 6 flat are residential. i ask members for that but they are not ready to give me NOC for that so what should i do please revert me
