    Dear Pradnya,

Leakage as per bye law has to be repaired by the member who is responsible.
In case no action taken, write to the deputy registrar of your area stating society is not taking action.

    Hi,
I am suffering from a similar problem. I visited the subRegistrar's office. He said that this is not his duty and this comes under Co-operative court. The leakage has become so severe that we cant wait for court to give a verdict. Kindly provide guidance.
    Thanks

Hi, We are facing a similar problem. The flat owner below our flat has some leakage in his walls and ceiling from the time flats were occupied. He mentions that leakage is from our bathroom hence we are responsible for the repairs and we should pay for it.

Please suggest, we have not carried out any work in the bathroom which will cause the damage. Pls suggest.
